TRANSNATIONAL TRAINING
 

The infrastructure at our Institutes are most modern and of International standard. We offer all the courses mentioned in the program calendar for participation from foreign countries. Tailor made courses can also be conducted to suit any specific requirements. Our courses have already attracted many foreign countries to train their power sector personnel. We have already trained engineers from Zimbabwe, Iraq, Bhutanetc.

During  2001-02 NPTI conducted:

 

15 Weeks Training Program on “Combined Cycle Power Plants” for Engineers from M/s. AES Barka, Sultanate of Oman

 

 3 Weeks program on “Gas Turbine Power Plants” for Engineers from Bangladesh   Power Development Board 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Course Fee
 

General Training                 200 US $ / Week per participant
                                             Subject to a maximum of 4,000 US $ upto 52 weeks
                                             duration.

Simulator Training             750 US $ / Week / Participant

Boarding and Lodging/     225 US $ / Week per participant
Trainee/Week in
NPTI Hostel.

In case boarding is arranged in a hotel by NPTI, the charges for the same shall be recovered on the basis of expenses actually incurred plus 25% administrative charges.

TA/DA expenses of participants during visits to power stations and manufacturer's site are to be borne by sponsoring organization.
